Always excellent

We visit the Liver Bird every time we stay in Kamari (4th year this time) and the food and service is always excellent Sheila and Wayne run a superb bar they always give a warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. We like the baguettes in particular. Kathy & John from Essex

Just returned from our second visit to Kamari and visited the Liver Bird again. I didn't write a review on our first visit two years ago because I couldn't really find anything to write about - it was an okay experience. However, we gave it another go as it was directly opposite where we were staying and my husband really... More

Loved this bar and the food was wonderful. So friendly and spotlessly clean. We found our way here everyday!

Visited here a few times during our stay in Kamari and always received a very friendly welcome. The bar is situated not far from the beach just up a side road and was clean and comfortable with the choice of sun or shade. We ate here a couple of times, the breakfasts were really good. Would most certainly return to... More

if you are not a football supporter, don't be put off. the name represents the city not the football club, though you can watch matches there on the big screen. run by a couple from Liverpool who have built the business from scratch and been through tough times. good ambiance, outdoor and indoor areas, plenty of room, friendly people, and... Visited while on holiday here in kamari. Our first visit to the island but definitely not our last. This pub quickly became my favourite, lovely welcome from Sheila and Wayne, nothing too much bother lots of time for chat despite being kept busy. Smiled through the pain of John's rubbish jokes! I'm very aware of how difficult things are in... More

We decided to have a full English here on a Sunday morning and it was really lovely! The eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes, fried bread and toast were cooked to perfection, nicely presented and good value for money, these along with a nice cuppa made the meal great. So when you are 'Greeked' out, you must give this place... More

If you're looking for something a little more familiar...this is probably as good as it gets in Kamari! 9€ gets you a decent breakfast and a proper cup of coffee! Just what you need for a day's sunbathing!
