We went here on a Monday night, but unfortunately it's closed on Mondays, but we checked the menu outside and decided to come back on a Wednesday evening which was paella night, eat all you can for €10. This restaurant looks like something right out of the seventies, it doesn't look as though it has changed since it opened, but... More

We'd heard about la Frasquita, and finally got around to trying it recently. We didn't book, not even sure if you can, but dining relatively early we had no problem getting a table. Make no mistake, the decor, tables, chairs are all pretty basic, but clean and presentable with a nice view across the beach to the sea. There is... More

great choice of fresh fish served right on the beach, I had the red snapper and my wife the seabass. lovely canarian potatoes and sauces. They seemed to have unusual opening hours but great on a sunday afternoon to dine with the locals

If you like fresh fish I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. There's no reservations to be made, just turn up and sit at a table. There's no menu or wine list, the owner simply comes to your table with a tray of fish and you pick which one you'd like to eat. All cooked very simply - just gently... More

Me and my family enjoyed today this cozy restaurant, a kind of local deli where people use to go to eat fresh fish food. My opinion: fish dishes are great, big portions at almost cheap price. We exceeded in the order and tasted several appetisers, octopus (splendid), calamari and squids that came with sweet potatoes, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers at... More

We love it here. Food is excellent. We came here 3 years ago and have been again over the last two weeks. A gem of a place.

The restaurant doesn't pretend to be anything it's not, the selection of available fish/seafood is offered at your table, no menus or wine lists are shown so it's a bit pot luck, but the fish is fresh, and there is a limited selection of wine, The man who runs it has been using the same format for over twenty years... This place does not have a menu, instead they present you a plate of all the fish they offer. It's all fresh. ordered the paella and tuna salad, huge portions, great value, great taste.

Great food, brilliantly cooked and very fresh! I loved this place and the whole, basic approach. I popped in during the day, when it's closed, to ask to see a menu and was sent away with the words - 'we serve fresh local fish - that's it!' We ate here twice, and absolutely enjoyed both times. Large portions - you... More

Don't expect anything special with regard to the decor but the fish is fresh and tasty. Good value for money, English not great but nonetheless friendly. Worth a visit.
