We were in with a group of 3 adults and 2 youngsters (12 and 16). The family? serving managed to get us a table although it was a busy night. The raclette was good and promptly served. The other dishes were traditional valaisan heavy kitchen with loads of cheese but good in the end of a day of... read more

We came for a raclette dinner that was delicious. The service was attentive and friendly, and we found the prices reasonable.. We returned for one of their specials that featured fois gras, and it was also extremely tasty. This was our favorite restaurant in Hautr-Nendaz.

We have eaten here a good number of times over the years. On previous occasions we have had very good food and great service. This time was not the case. The food was still good, but the service was less than attentive; drinks forgotten and dessert left waiting in the serving hatch.

I love the fondues at this restaurant. Service is very good too. It is best to book in advance as it gets very busy.

We called in here as there wasnt many places open due to being just out of season. A few locals in the bar which is a good sign so we all ordered the same thing, beef steak and frittes. Food came perfectly cooked and great service. Good swiss menu.

Not normally one to write unless I think something is either good or bad, but this time I'm not sure how to score! The plate of Assorted Hors D'Oevres was disappointing - felt a bit like tinned tuna and a few prawns in thousand island dressing with some salad. However, the two steaks we had were good - though I... More

This is a regular stop for us when in Nendaz. The food is simple and good (we would recommend the entrecote and the fondus), and the service always welcoming and friendly. The decor is fairly basic but comfortable and adds to the charm of this small owner-managed and run restaurant. Child and dog-friendly.

The place has an amazing ambiance. If you reserve, ask for a table in the main room, near the fireplace. The fondue au vacherin is amazing.

I rave about Le Raccard. I must do as I keep going back. Very rustic feel. The owner comes round to chat. Lots of fondue options and they are all amazing. Would def recommend and we have tried all th restaurants in Nendaz.
