We always eat at this restaurant when in St Palais sur Mer and have never been disappointed. Great Moules, Steak and the fish is so fresh its tastes so good (always a special). Great staff, very helpful and friendly. This a great place for a drink, a coffee to while the afternoon away people watching but also a super evening... More

Quite hip inside lots of white leather, lovely view and lots of choice. However lots of frites so very touristy. Good for a coffee and ice cream.

The Globetrotter specialises in mussels, you can have them anyway you want the here. The only problem is that in peak season, (when we recently visited), the service is very poor and the whole experience is a bit of a let down. Our party ate mussels and some ate pizza. The mussels were okay but the pizzas comprised of thick... More

Having been to this place last year about 12 times we were greeted by not so friendly staff and not such very good pizzas. My complaint at over cooked pizzas that were burn't and very dry were referred to the boss. When I came to pay my complaints were ignored. Bad mistake. My family and I will not be returning... More

We had always eaten opposite this place for the past 10 years and when they stopped serving pizza for my youngest son we needed to find another place. Have now been here 5 times this summer. Both my sons had pizza (that they loved) and we had Salmon and Langoustines. Excellent value! Also great value was the Mussels/Chips/beer and an... More

they do plancha cooked meals and the prawns are definitely worth a try along with the lunchtime special of squid a la plancha! Good value for money, great position just off the beach and while we were there it was Fete de Music and bands were playing on the promenade right in front of the restaurant, it really added to... This restaurant has changed hands and has worked hard to build up its new clientel. The setting is superb, overlooking the beach and the food is pretty good too.

If you turn up a wee bit early to this place, hoping to beat the inevitable rush for seats at dinner time in these parts, I suggest you take something to do. The service is so laid-back it's doing limbo. We waited 35 minutes for a drink and a menu, after we had BEEN seated, and the girl was quite... More
