The quality and service at this restaurant has significantly gone down. The service was horrible (an older woman who stated shes been working here for years) was slow, forgetful (wasn't busy), had little conversation, never refilled drinks, and was miserable. The place is looking dingy and old. The food was extremely bland (and I don't use salt) needing salt on... More

We went there for lunch and ordered steamed shrimp and the alaskan king crab. the food was tasty, but the seafood was overcooked/oversteamed. the atmosphere was wonderful and the service was friendly and helpful. I have been coming here since I was a child and will return again, but Please do NOT over cook the seafood!

This is a rustic restaurant with nice seating and nice views of Halifax river. You can watch boats come and go while you eat. We were greeted and sat in a booth with a view. The waiter was very helpful in the selection of the sides. The salads are good, the sides are good but the seafood is bland. I... More

As a local who has eaten here many times, I can say this rustic little dockside restaurant serves some of the best food in Central Florida. They make all their own sauces, glazes and salad dressing and these little touches make all the difference in the world. For example, their coconut shrimp are excellent, but dip them in that homemade... More

We ate here twice on our vacation to Daytona Beach and loved it. The setting on the river is amazing. The wildlife and sunsets made our visit even more enjoyable. On our first visit I ordered the Spanish Snapper with garlic mashed potatoes. Each entrée comes with a house salad with granny smith apples and craisins. On our first visit... More

Unexpected great restaurant. Quite crowded when we arrived, but reservations were honored and we were seated quickly. Our servers were funny, helpful and efficient. The food was EXCELLENT. Black and blue tuna came out perfect, cut to the right thickness as it should be. Oyster offered raw, lightly steamed, medium steamed or well done. How many more choices could you... More

The hostess gave us a nice table with a beautiful view. My friend ordered fried shrimp with roasted potatoes and she liked it very much. I ordered broiled fish of the day. The fish was tasty and done to my taste. The waitress and the whole atmosphere in the restaurant was very friendly.

This was our first time at this place, as we usually eat at the Inlet Harbor, but they were really full! Hey walked us right in, and we had a great table. The hostess was very concerned that we have a great view! I had the blackened shrimp and roasted potatoes, which were fantastic! My husband had the tuna sandwich, but... More

Fried shrimp was rubbery and did not taste right. Maybe the grease was old. Basically, as other reviewers have said, the food is not worth the price. Wish I would have looked on here before we stopped in.

First time here in approx 25 years...last time the cook quit as we walked in...waitress was frustrated and trying to please the customers and dumped 15 glasses of water down the back of a customer...I was in tears on the floor laughing. Today no similar floor show...but food was good.....not great...service was good and the place hasn't changed much. Not... More
