We had some great local dishes here for lunch. The restaurant is set in an old Tuscan villa with a fantastic view of the surrounding area, in summer you would probably be able to sit outside. The service was friendly and efficient. The dishes were very tasty and well presented and the restaurant has an extensive wine list. We can... More

We stopped for a lunch in transfer from Rome to Firenze per suggestion of the best guide in Italy, Alessandro Cammilli! It was incredible! First, the basket of bread to begin was so good!!!! Even a chocolate bread! The pasta was so fresh and made with care/expertise. So tasty! Our waiter was so accommodating and always with a smile! Of... More

One of the best meals I've had in Italy. The service was one of the finest I've experiences. Our server was very knowledgable, very friendly, and really great overall. The food was superb along with the atmosphere. Afterwards we talked with the Walter, who was very nice. It's pricy but I guess that's what you pay for. Do not hesitate... More

I read the reviews on Tripadvisor (alias, found the restaurant here) and I was full of expectations. I confess that the experience exceeded expectations. Located at an inn, with gardens and sumptuous entrance. Ambiance: Upscale without being pedantic. Simple yet beautifully designed and decorated. Attendance: Made by Walter personally. It makes all the difference been serviced by the owner. Perfect.... More

Pretty much the same experience that other reviews have said, great food and a great wine list with the service you would expect from a Michelin Star restaurant. Everything from the the bread and oil through to the deserts. No room for the cheese board but I am certain it would have been of the same high quality. Surprisingly the... More

This restaurant is at Michelin level (*) with normal prices. The wine list is excellent; a broad selection of the local wines but also wine from other regions (& countries). The level of hospitality in the restaurant is of the same excellent leves as the B&B-service. They have a sommelier (Massimo) and a waiter (Daniella) who deserve a medal for... More

We celebrated here for my birthday. The seating outdoors is breathtaking. You are surrounded by grape vines! The food was absolutely delicious. Being rated one michelin star you would expect that. The waiters were amazingly attentive and super nice. The menu is not very big but has a wide selection on offer. This is not a restaurant you would want... More

We stumbled across this wonderful place for lunch. If in Montepulciano area, and I am sure there are many good places, this is one I would go back to. Not far of the main routes. Food was to die for. All the good reviews say it all - the bread was the best I have tasted and a great and... More

A bit hard to find, we struggled for about 20 mins driving around Sinalunga. Once we arrived, we were warmly greeted and ushered to our seats. Everything we had was wonderful. We started off with chianina beef meatballs as the amuse, followed by fresh, delicious (warm! a rarity in Italy) bread. The recommended wine was a truly fantastic supertuscan -... More

With a strong recommendation from a local, our party of 8 which included 3 teenagers made a reservation for our last night in Tuscany and it did not dissappoint. The menu wasn't traditional, rather more modern Tuscan cuisine, but it was all quite delicious. Service was excellent, wine selections were very good and relatively inexpensive, and desserts were very good... More
