Situated in an old renovated house, the ambiance is very good for a romantic soirée. For groups, there are separate rooms. Menu very good but maybe portions should be bigger for at least the sauces.

This is a great place for special meal for a couple or even a group for christmas party. I was even there for a business supper and had great services. The server was great, food was excellent. Nice atmosphere because it's in a house. I recommend it strongly. The place finest restaurant in town.

My spouse and I called last minute to make a reservation. The restaurant was closed, but since the owner was there at the time, she offered to have us over anyways, and made us a fantastic fondue for two. This not being our first visit, I can tell you that our meals have consistantly been very good, as well as... More

I ordered a cream of celery soup and a Chinese beef fondue. I'm used to eating fondues with friends and family at home and this meal tasted similar to the fondues that I've prepared myself at home. It was tasty and certainly less work when someone else prepares the broth and sauces! The atmosphere of the restaurant was very charming... More

If you are looking for a way to spend an evening with good friends, good wine and good food then take your group to this spot. It is not for those who are looking for a fast Dinner - there are lots of those places in every city. We were in town for meetings and were looking for something different... More

My girlfriend and I had the "fondue traditionelle" (Gruyère cheese). It was a good taste, and a good consistency. Sadly, the "bread" that we were served was some form of white dinner rolls cut into cubes. This type of industrial white bread doesn't do well in the cheese and is a big disappointment if you've ever had Cheese Fondue in... More

La Maison de la Fondue is an excellent place to eat. The food is great, they usualy have a good selection of wine and the service is very good. One of the best place to eat in the Acadian Peninsula with the Crêpe Bretonne in Paquetville, the Pavillon Aquatique in Shippagan and the Mitchan Sushi in Caraquet. Enjoy :)
