Delicious food and staff amid the beautiful plants and so many hummingbirds! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We always come to eat at Luna Luna on our trips to Bucerias. The owner, Alex, is very nice and speaks English as well as Spanish! There are several tables, under thatched roof, out of the sun. The food is tasty and reasonable. We usually stop here for lunch. Luna Luna is just south of the market/vendor area (just go... More

Hidden under a palapa on a corner property on the main street is one of the best little restaurants in Bucerias. Service is friendly. The food is fresh and tasty. Well worth the visit for outstanding breakfasts and yummy lunches.

We had breakfast two different mornings at this restaurant - Great setting, great food! Service was quick and drinks were delicious! I'd go back again in a heartbeat!

My wife and I are still laughing about how well we ate on this vacation. I would put Luna Luna near the top of the list for breakfasts. The setting is great, tables outdoors under a large thatch roof palapa. The food was substantially better than typical (good) fare. I tried the sopes con papas y chorizo, and my wife... More

Stopped for a quick lunch after taking a class at Splash of Grass across the street. Setting under giant palapa should be charming; unfortunately, we arrived when a group of highly drunk tourists were also eating lunch. Not the restaurant's fault and, in fact, the servers dealt with the rowdy party very professionally and offered to move us farther from... More

Luna Luna is a great little place to eat. It is in a good location close to the Kissing Bridge if you want to shop before or after dining. It has a great menu and very tasty dishes. Shrimps in a tequila sauce is lovely!!!!

I live in the area and hadn't been to the restaurant until very recently and boy do I regret not stopping in sooner! The restaurant is a block from the beach on a street with lots of shops and restaurants but this is something special. They serve authentic Mexican food- not your typical stuffed peppers and nachos from the beach... More

We had lovely service and tasty food for a moderate price. The shade on a hot day was also appreciated!

I was here in early December for a late breakfast. A really charming place, we ate outside on a lovely shaded patio. The menu has a couple of typical American breakfast items (bacon & eggs) that were really good but it was the Mexican foods I loved. I had Sopes with Black Beans and beautifully caramelized Plantains. Unusual condiments were... More
