One of the early stops on my visit to NZ, wow - don't those kiwis know how to make sandwiches! The lamb sammie was to die for! And aren't they fond of putting beetroot on everything? I don't normally care for it but it was hard to avoid, but it works. Nice ambience & pleasant staff. If you're going to... More

We always enjoy stopping here to have a stretch, good food & great coffee when we are travelling from Taranaki to anywhere north of Te Kuiti. The staff here are brilliant and very obliging, and prices are not too bad. We highly recommend Bosco's

We have stopped off here on several occasions when passing through Te Kuiti and have always found the food and service to be very good. We paid $19.50 for the smoked fish omelette and although it tasted lovely, we expected some sort of salad to accompany the dish as well. Apart from that, the food is lovely and the tranquil... More

We were on our way from Auckland to the "Forbidden World" and were looking for a place to eat. Imagine our delight to find the Bosco Cafe in Te Kuiti! It offers ample indoor and outdoor dining, an interesting menu and excellent food. We can recommend their BLT, served on ciabatta and the giant meatball, which tempts from the self-service... More

For being the highest rated restaurant in town, I had higher expectations. The food was beautiful and the location is great, but taste-wise I found it to be average.

Really good café within a neat venue/setting. An extensive range of yummy looking cabinet food along with an large range of menu options. Healthy options of smoothies and salads along with scrummy cakes and full cooked breakfasts. Serve excellent coffee and food. This café is constantly busy which is a obvious reflection on both the food and the service and... More

This is a great spot for coffee if you are travelling to/from Auckland and driving through Te Kuiti. Coffee is good and the staff is friendly. The food, in my experience, hasn't been mindblowing. There is a great little park out back to let the kids run around and chase some sheep to blow off steam.

We had breakfast here, which was a much better deal than our hotel, and used the free (but limited) wifi. Bagels are nice, as are the nachos, and the service was very friendly!

When you stop for lunch and there are 5 vintage VW Camper vans parked outside, plus a couple of Harley Davidson motorbikes, you know you are in the right place. Places to sit outside in the sun, overlooked by the burstingly green hill, worth an explore as it is so abundant with a variety of bush. Food is great, despite... More

We travel Auckland to Wanganui a few times a year and since the kids were very small I needed a good place to stop for lunch and a good run around for the kids. Bosco is a great place for this. Good off road parking, clean toilets , great selection of food choices, a nice setting and a huge hill... More
