Description: Porter's Island Thyme is the gathering place where the cultures mix on Salt Cay. Everyone is welcome! Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily in a casual atmosphere. Choose to dine in the Coconut Room or have drinks on Zen Sky, the raised, back deck that overlooks the entire island. Island Thyme can be party central or the place for romantic dinner for two. The choice is yours in one of the three dining rooms. Their are special events every week: Wednesday night is "Wings, Legs, Dogs," Thursday is Lobster Mania and Friday is Pizza Night. Our regular menu is always available. Make sure to stop by and ask about other special events: Texas Hold-em, Karioke, Bingo just to name a few. Let us be your concierge 24/7 while on Salt Cay.We are closed daily from 3 PM to 6:30 PM and all day Sunday. Check our Web site and Blog for additional details. We will be closed for Spring Break April 22, 2013 to early June 2013.

Porter's Island Thyme never lets us down. We can always find fun and new friends -- and a super place to meet up with our golden friends from prior visits. We spent 12 days and nights with these folks and were extremely sad to leave. We are already trying to schedule another visit for November 2013.
