Excellent food, different from the usual standard choices so we tried different things. Brilliant food at a reasonable price (£58 for 3 of us, two courses each and wine and beer)! Very good service, too. When next in the area we will divert to go here again. Good free parking close by as well.

Decided to try an Indians since we usually just get kebabs or McDonalds... Sadly we were let down by the tiny amount of meat and yet VERY high prices. It did taste fabulous but there was so little to really enjoy it for long.

Lovely food. Good value, service etc. Lovely dining area. But very busy when we arrived so we had to wait for some time despite booking in advance in the limited entrance area and it was very cold (November) every time the door opened.

Visit this restaurant on many occasions and I couldn't fault it! The food is always nice and very friendly staff! The service sometimes can be abit slow on a busy night, we avoid Thursdays and stick to other week days, but if you looking for a good curry in Cramlington, this is the right place!

I went along to a 5 course meal which to be fair was nice however it appears that we were charged £11.00 for a small coke and a shandy. We will not return would rather go to the bayleaf and have payed more than been ripped off for drinks.

We booked a table for a Saturday night, the restaurant was very busy. Staff were attentive. Some of the dishes we ordered were bland and missing something . However, the rice and naan bread were very tasty. This was our second visit to Lal Qila and were not as impressed as the first visit. We have had better indians, dont... More
