While in San Vito lo Capo,  my husband and I had been in search of an authentic version of our favorite “Italian" meal in America ...ciapinno.   The Ghiotta di Pesce Locale we ate at San Vito a Tavola was better than any ciapinno we could have concocted in our dreams and  literally the best meal we have ever had in... After reading all fantastic reviews we have been looking forward to visit this restaurant, but we did not had a good expirience there. It was mid October, so almost past the season and most of the restaurants were half empty. We got the table stright away, but we waited and waited for somebody to take our order. There was a... More

On our return to San Vito lo Capo one of our first orders of business was to return San Vito a Tavola. We had two meals here, and tried some dishes we hadn't had here before and ate what we'd been dreaming about all year. I'm reviewing to say we were not disappointed in either. From the new, a flavorful... More

We ate lunch here - and we were graciously accommodated just before 12 noon by the waiter who was finalizing set up for lunch. We had consulted TA as the area around the hub of the beach looked to be a full on tourist trap with "menu turistico" signs along that main street down to the beach. We sat in... More

We read good reviews on tripadvisor and were not disapointed when visited San Vito a tavola. The food was great. We ordered swordfish and tuna - perfect. Shef's salad is great too. The waiter spoke English which is quite a rare thing in San Vito lo Capo. After visiting several restaurants during our stay we finally came back to San... More

We had the pleasure of dining here twice. The seafood is excellent and one of the best we ever had in Italy. Try the sute with mussels and clams which is delicious. Also the local gamberetti and fish called mopa very fresh and well prepared. Very hospitable and friendly waiters. The owner is fluent in English and French. A must... More

This restaurant was recommended by our tour guide in Palermo, just to tell you how famous is the place! We ordered a fish couscous and a vegetarian couscous, and where not disappointed: the sauce, the fish, the vegetables were all very fresh and beautifully cooked. A must try place in san vito.

When we heard everyone at the outdoor tables speaking Italian and read the menu we knew it was our kind of place. Our first dinner was deliciously fresh mussels in a red sauce and wonderfully light homemade cheese ravioli in an authentic bolognese. We were very impressed that the wine list included alcohol content and Titsiana the maitre d was... More
