Great meal & service

We only had a main course each - calamari and tuna. Both were delicious. Great wine, though I know zilch about Italian wine, took a punt with the Leone Chardonnay and it was a beaut. Both tuna and calamari cooked to perfection, very happy with our meal. As we know little Italian, waitress was... read more

Book in advance because this small restaurant gets booked quickly, and you will not find a place for the same day. If you are in San Vito, want to have a good meal and try the typical "cous-cous di pesce" this is your place. The menu will satisfy any kind of palate, but a sophisticated one. The service is excellent... More

After learning that this was the best restaurant in San Vito for fresh seafood - we called at 5pm for a table for that same evening (Saturday night) - they informed they were already full - but after a bit of pleading, they kindly offered us a table for 19.30 (before the rush). We could not have been happier! From... More

San Vito lo Capo while has some of the most wonderful beaches, weather, natural reserves etc. Restaurants would not be one of their prized attractions. Prices there are generally higher than the rest of Sicily but quality lower. Its a vacation town. Syrah is one of the few places where you will get phenomenal food. As others have said it... More

We were disappointed. The couscous highly recommended in lonley Planet was just dry and tasted like Fish: Not oriental at all. Tatar as a starter was Not seasoned at all... Waste of Money. Go have a Pizza instead.

We arrived at 6 pm. There was some space in the restaurant, not a lot. Waiters are nice, but do not speak english :) we love white wine. and received the "il vino della casa" perfect. I eat clam soup is excellent. Fresh fish, crabs :) everything is perfect, and price is good. That was a little strange soccer match... More

We were lucky enough to eat here twice during the busiest week in August. Recommend going early as there is always a line. Food is excellent and the staff was very accommodating. They even went off the menu to meet some of our requests. Just a great overall experience.

Attracted by the group of people waiting in a queue outside the Restaurant, I visited Syrah with my boyfriend. Actually the queue was not that long, as a table for 2 is easier to find - therefore I would recommend this place for small groups (less than four). I started the dinner with a delicious Caponata di Melanzane with crushed... More
