good food but no prices

Me and m fiancee got to this restaurant by chance - the first surprise was, as mentioned in previous reviews, that there is no a la carte menu, only a fixed menu. Everybody gets the same: antipasti starter, main dish and dessert. All the food is fresh and very Sicilian, and you can share it (there... read more

Highly recommended for a romantic dinner. Fresh and innovative dishes. Lovely outdoor garden style setting. Great service. We went back again the next night we liked it so much!

The review of this restaurant is for Il Giardino Corallo but the owner of Il CoralloCorallo must be the same since the same menu with no prices disclosed is showed outside the restaurant. I risked to swallow two pieces of wires that I found in my food. The owner did not apologise for it, he said that it is normal... More

The food here is some of the best I've ever had. 12 of us had the set menu including 3 vegetarians (myself included) and 1 lactose intolerant. The waitress was extremely helpful and the food was amazing. This was definitely the best food I had all week in Sicily. It was great value for money and the waitress even gave... More

Its really a trap. Nice garden from outside, giving impression of small good restaurant. In fact food was so ordinary that you can eat even better in fast food cafes, i really prefer to eat in "Bedda sicilia fast food" than this so called "gardenia corallo restaurant". Was so hot in garden, no any ventilators, terrible food and music. I... More

Fantastic service from the moment we walked in. We ate there twice, on both occasions we had great serice and amazing food. The meue changes daily, when I return to San Vito this will be the first place I visit. Its not as touristic as all of the other restaurants in San Vito. Its the real deal - Fantastic :-)

No a la carte menu, only a fixed menu. You will get antipasti, primi and if the appetite is big enough you can expand with meat/fish and dessert. The setting is nice in a small courtyard. We really had some nice food. Antipasti with 8 different small dishes, and some great pasta with seafood afterwards. Everything was fresh and delightful.... More

This restaurant looked nice from the outside, with a pretty garden. There was a sign indicating that there was no fixed menu, just a selection of catch-of-the-day meals with fresh, local ingredients. This sounded good to us. We got a table and expected some kind of chalkboard with different options, but it turned out that the only option was a... More

If you really want to sample Sicilian food and are prepared to be fed this is the place to eat, a pretty little courtyard restaurant decorated in typical Sicilian style with a great atmosphere, we had decided on an old favorite restaurant but this little place down a side street caught my eye as we walked past, the glass door... Amazing restaurant with no menu! This is set in a beautiful courtyard with lots of plants. The food was suggested by the owner instead of choosing from a list. Fabulous antipasti platter with lots of local dishes, main course of tons of fireshly grilled fish, fab desserts, great service from friendly staff. We found it the day before they shut... More
