. Situated "up the big hill" in the old town of Sperlonga. We had found this restaurant on Trip Advisor and it was well worth the hike up the hill. We arrived about 9.30pm and they were wonderful accommodating our family of 4. Food was wonderful. The citrus anchovies were amazing! Wine, as always in Italy was fabulous and even... More

The ambiance was incredible--we felt like we were part of an Italian movie and our waiter Romano was helpful and fun. He organized for us a variety of antipasti that was incredible. We had smelts that were prepared in a novel but delicious way and the muscles were cooked perfectly--we also had an octopus salad. My entre was the risotto... More

We had used Tripadvisor to seek out possible restaurants while spending some days in Sperlonga. Gli Archi was one result and we were very pleased we managed to visit. It is a climb, of course, to get into the old town but well worth it and although slightly tucked away it is not hard to fine Gli Archi. We sat... More

We found this restaurant down a small street from the square at the top of the old town. Look for the signs pointing down to this. As it was a bit chillier, we sat inside. The restaurant was quiet apart from another couple. The waiter/owner is very professional and a skilled waiter. We had clams and mussels as starter, both... More

We stumbled upon this little family-run restaurant one afternoon while exploring the charming town of Sperlonga. We were hungry and it being a bit out of tourist season, not a whole lot was still open. This little place was and after having lunch there, were glad we had discovered it. What a find! The food was absolutely squisito! They use... More

We enjoyed the most wonderful service and fish dinner at this delightful restaurant in Sperlonga. It's tucked away in the old town and has a lovely feel. We would highly recommend.

Went here for a romantic dinner with my wife, perfect choice! Situated in a small piazza at the top of Sperlonga. The food, almost just seafood, was delicious and the wine-menu definitely satisfying. The service professional but not to formal, the guy who served wine the best! Didn't speak any english, but gave his advices with body-language. He even came... More

Great food, lovely location between houses. Best wine and food we had in Italy. A little expensive, but absolutely worth it

This is a fantastic traditional restaurant in Sperlonga. The location is amazing in a small back yard, between old houses. The seafood is fantastic and the dishes are very different - not the usual Italian tourist menu. Very good selection of wines. Make sure that you make a reservation, at least in weekends. It was so good that we visited... More
