The quality of food is well made. Portions are not too big and not too small. People find a family atmosphere all members are woman.

We came to this restaurant in the pouring rain on our last night in Italy. It was near our hotel but appeared closed. We asked at the door if they were open, and the lady decided she would open for us. We speak almost no Italian, and they don't speak much English, so they called a friend who speaks English... More

We arrived early evening after a stroll with kids and most off the staff were still eating their supper! They were very attentive and very friendly. Good, honest Italian seafood and a good house white. They were happy to split a main course for our daughters. Recommended if your in Fiumicino for the evening. We had nice drink in at... More

We were staying Fiumicino, like so many, waiting for a flight home. So this was our last meal in Italy. It was great. My wife had a wonderful spaghetti dish and I had the clams and then the prawns. Extremely rich and tasty. Bravo!

Tried this restaurant on my latest trip to Italy. Being Fiumicino, I decided to go for the seafood. Spagetti alle Vongole (lots of options, iI can't remember exactly which one i had) was quite tasty and the pasta al dente. If anything the choice of starters is very samey. 90% spagetti and it's very difficult to see the differnece between... More

It was a Sunday night, and not many places were open, but the seafood was lovely and the staff were friendly. They only have a few tables inside: they may put tables on the street, but it was too cold for that in January. The mixed seafood antipasti were great, as were the "house specialty" pasta with cephalopods and the... More

After a drive to Rome, and the difficult task of finding our hotel, our last meal in Italy at Trattoria della Marina was the perfect reprieve we needed to calm down. The delicious seafood tagliatelle, and the desserts were delicious. And it was minutes from the hotel across from the canal.

Staying nearby, awaiting a morning flight. We were walk-ins off the street and we chose the right place. Pasta alla vongole and pasta with langoustine in a cream sauce. Calamari fritti next, with an argula salad. Vino rosso della cassa. Prezzo 53 euros. The calamari were the real McCoy, fresh, not frozen and delicious. Good place for dinner outside on the... More
