We had dinner here two times. The restaurant is on top of a hill with a stunning view over the sea in the direction of Agia Galini. The food has a good taste and quality. The staff was friendly and had a very good sense of humour! Recommendation.

We use this restaurant for a large group booking every year, and they cope well, offering good service and a pleasant atmosphere, helped by the fantastic view, and really good fish.

We were not too taken with the area but our first night meal at this restaurant turned everything round. fantastic welcome and excellent location with glorious views, followed by great food at a very reasonable price. The restaurant prides itself on its fish but we are not big fish eaters and had wonderful meat dishes. Everything is home cooked and... More

Went for the view and we were not disappointed! The food was good too. It got a bit chilly after sunset so take a sweater if you are there in Sept or Oct! Definitely worth driving up there for at least 1 sunset!

This taverna is located about 1.5 km outside of Matala. We followed the signs as we were leaving Matala and took a left turn that dead ends on top of a cliff overlooking the bay. The views are stunning and the owner was so friendly and nice. We dined on wine and mussels as we enjoyed the amazing view of... More

We had dinner there twice during our stay in Matala . The setting is magical on top of a cliff over looking the beach and Komos bay with its ruined minion city and magical sunsets. The fish of the day was perfectly cooked on both occasions and the service very good and friendly. They even brought some cake to try... More

This delicious taverna near Matala (5 minutes car ride), is situated on a hill from which you can enjoy a very special view of Komos bay. I suggest to go there just before the sunset to enjoy the atmosphere. We ordered the fish of the day (sea bream) that was perfectly cooked. Maybe the service is a little bit slow... More
