Steps away from the beach.

Olga's is the real deal. Great bar, good food all set right on the beach of Pelada. If your looking to do some day time drinking this is the spot. Lots of local's hanging and a genuine feel of Costa Rica, not that Mickey Mouse gated community dinning like most spots. Sit back have some beers and... read more

We enjoyed the beautiful view of playa pelada and had a meal here. It was pricey. The food was not fantastic. The staff was very friendly once we got their attention. I would recommend for drinks and check out the playa pelada blow hole at low tide.

This place is a local bar, you mainly sit on the sand by the ocean or on sandy benches and plastic chairs under the patio. However, their Margaritas are fantastic, their beers cheap and icy cold, and their ocean position unparalleled. They also do a great and cheap breakfast. We stayed near here for 6 weeks and never felt unsafe... More

if you go fishing bring your fish to Olga's for a cheap meal. They will charge you for the french fries and salad sides. You can also buy a Snapper (pargo) off a fishing boat and Olga's will cook it for for lunch. Awesome.

Ate lunch here. View and beach access is good. It's a bar, yes, but bathrooms were gross, and the food quality questionable. Sketchy customers (drunk people in the middle of the day). Would not recommend or return, not even for just a beer.

We tried this place both day/night...I would recommend daytime and you must try the whole fish, the large is enough for 2 people. The fried rice isn't really like Chinese rice so I wouldn't recommend. Both day/night visits there were locals hanging out which was kind of a negative at our night visit. I would check it out during the... More

This is a locals bar if you're looking for something low key. It's a great place to watch the sunset if you're staying close to Playa Pelada. You'll find cool fishing boats on the shore for a truly costa rican fishing village feel.

Both nights that we visited Nosara, we ended up here to watch the sunset. We rented 4 wheelers and drove over, grabbed beers and headed to the beach. Such a beautiful view & so easy going. There are lots of dogs in the bar which is fun (none of them will talk to you & one tried to pee on... More

17 of us went there for the beautiful sunset and a fun dinner. The place is typical open air and you can expect a table dog or cat to visit. The drinks are more than adequate at a good price. We had a fun evening. Try the whole fried fish. The waitress will ask you- small, medium or large.....the small... More

The atmosphere is friendly, the staff are wonderful and you do not feel like you are being ripped off. The food was good, the only it would have been better if we could speak Spanish. As the menu was in Spanish so a bit difficult to find out exactly what you had ordered but I must say we were never... More
