Great night out

I went to a cool reggae night which gets packed around 11pm on Thursday nights. Didn't try any food, but you can get a beer (Imperial) for 1000 colones which is fine by me and the vibe is fun with everyone dancing. You're sure to see a lot of the people you were out surfing with that day or doing... read more

Had a blast drinking imperial and dancing to reggae here on Thursdays. Sweaty and fun if you like to dance.

Thursday is Reggae Night in town and everyone knows it! We got there a little too early (around 9:00) and people don't really start to show up until 9:30-10:00pm but once they did it went OFF! The DJ is killer, lots of dancing and once you're all buzzed up and ready for a snack, there's an awesome amigo outside grilling... More

Chaman's was me and my friends favorite night spot in Nosara. Good music and food. I will definitely be going back next visit!

During our vacation we went to Chaman's every night! Each night there was a different DJ and we had a fun time dancing and hanging out! Nice mix of locals and vacationers. Drinks are a good price and the mojito's and margaritas are fresh and delicious.

The owner William was extremely friendly and attentive to all of his guests. My friends and I went to Chaman's every Thursday and Friday night while we were there for reggae night and the live music! Some of our favorite memories from the vacation took place at Chaman's. can't wait to return!

With not many options to hear music and have a good time in Nosara, We heard Chaman was the place to go. We went 3 days in a row and had a great time. Wednesday we went and heard a live band everyone had a good time and the taco's were only $1. Thursday night was reggae night it was... More

Heard there would be live reggae here, so we tried the place out after dinner. Unfortunately, a super-creepy atmosphere led us to other venues immediately. The bar was incredibly hot (little ventilation), and the weird pairings of beautiful local women with fat old tourists was off-putting. Maybe we didn't give the place a chance, but we were all uncomfortable and... More
