This is the one place where you get the total local fair: food, drinks and price! Rosi still serves her clients herself and I suggest you go for one of the typical dishes as they are well prepared. It's a lunch spot with a very casual atmosphere but quite quaint in its own way.

It was ok.. Had the omelette and it was mediocre.. Price was right, but we had heard such great things about it. Maybe should have gone with the traditional breakfast. Definitely other choices out there with more flavour

My biggest challenge was finding Rosi's new location. After that it was all good news.by Costa Rican standards the service was friendly and the food appeared quickly. The casada with chicken was very delicious and the price was very reasonable.

I love Rosi's for breakfast; basic eggs, bacon, and gallo pinto. the prices are relatively inexpensive for Guiones, the food is always fresh, and I almost always get a table. Don't be fooled by the unsmiling waitress, heavenly after-surf food awaits. Try the tamarindo juice. Sometimes waiting for your food takes a while, but it's worth it.

Local cuisine in a clean and nice environment. Food was fresh and delicious! My 7 year old even loved the casados.

Fantastic casados!! Always packed with locals and gringos alike. Friendly staff and service. Bring cash and try a casado with fish! So fresh.

My husband and I went there to try local costa Rican food but when we arrived we sat on an available table that sat 6 people as other smaller tables were taken. It took the waitress about 15 minutes to start taking orders from us and 3 other tables. Ordering was hard work because she gave us the wrong menu... More

Great sample of Costa Rican local taste. Not a tourist place like many others in Nosara. Their main option for lunch is the "casado", a combination of your choice of meat with rice, beans, a vegetables and salad as side dishes. You can add plantains and eggs and make your meal even more tasteful. Enjoy their fresh juices. Have in... More

It was hard finding authentic CR food in Nosara. Lots of places had Americanized dishes to cater to tourists and those places were not cheap! This place is affordable and delicious! The open air restaurant was clean and cute. The food was filling and a welcome break from wraps and sandwiches. I loved the casado and the soup is a... More
