Margaritas to die for and salsa dancing for dessert

You can only have one. I should say one is enough! The fish soup was nice with vegetables, bar-be Que chicken pizza very tasty. Several nights a week fun dancing from 6:30 to 7:30. So much fun!

Located in town, it is more of a non-touristy place to eat where the food is more authentic. Amazing brick oven pizzas and local fare. Prices are also better than the main areas in town. Would highly recommend going here for a great experience.

If you have transportation, this place is a must. Make sure you go hungry. My friends Sonja and Tanallo have been taking me here for years, and I will never miss it during a visit to Nosara. The food is fresh and the portions are huge. If you want to watch a soccer match with locals, or just cool off... More

The food was delicious. Very fresh great taste. Service was very good. We ate there twice. We recommended to others that were in the same tour group. I would go back there again. If I was visiting the area.

Average Costa Rican style food. Be sure to go after 5pm when they fire up the stone oven and make fresh pizza.

Had a great dinner at Rancho Tico... traditional Costa Rican fare. Also ordered a wood fired pizza to take to the beach the next day. Service was great, and we will be back! If you go, don't miss the coconut flan!

Ate here twice. Great both times. The wood fired pizzas are great. We tried the house and the Hawaiian. Also had the chicken casado. It was all delicious! Worth the drive to get there.

Our aunt in-law is from the Nosara area and makes sure all her guests eat at rancho tico. During our 10-day stay we ate here 3 times and loved it each time. The Casados are all excellent, especially the fish, and the papaya con agua is the most refreshing drink after a day in the sun. Good setting if you... More

If you are looking for an authentic tico meal in a sea of international, overpriced fare go no further. Worth the drive into town, the food is plentiful and very affordable. The ceviche was our overall favorite of the trip (we had an unofficial ceviche contest going all week.) The natural drinks were very good as well. It's a required... More
