We hit up this restaurant before heading down the street to the Discoteca Tropicana. Everything was delicious.

We had dinner there a few times. A couple of times we had the de la Casa pizza (wood burning oven) and we also had the fish and chicken casados as well as garlic fish and curry fish. It was all fantastic at prices that were better then many in the Nosara area! The margaritas are amazing too. Highly recommend!

Had dinner here, Cerviche very good. Had curry shrimp which was very good as well. Tried two different pizzas from our group which were excellent (brick pizza oven). Service was good.

Great food, great service, and the best cocktail I had all week. I highly recommend this place for its food, its service and its family-friendly environment.

We/ve been coming here for years. This is a place where ticos and visitors come together. We like the ceviche and the casados. The food quality is consistent and the service is friendly. Children and pets are welcome here.

This place had the best food we found. Went back twice. Nothing fancy but comfortable open palapa with a mix of travelers and locals. Good prices and the best food we found.

I had the fried rice with calamari, and my husband had the fish tacos. Both were excellent - the calamari was a bit overdone, but the rice was delicious, full of flavour. The fish was nice and tender, and served with nice, crisp peppers. Will definitely be back!

This place had wonderful food at a really good price. I had the beef tenderloin and it was great. We also had the chicken and fish and it was all excellent. Even the sides were good. We went back a second time as we didn't find anything we liked more.

My husband and I loved this place! Great food. We liked it even more than La Luna and Pacifico Azul -- both of which are good but pricey for what you get. I've seen people complain of slow service at Ranco Tico... you just have to understand that when you go to eat in Nosara, you're not rushed through your... More
