This is one of our favorite places..Came last year just after Mandy had taken over and things were good then but she's definitely gotten her act together over the last year. Chicken Enchiladas were yummy, beer was cold and the company of the black lab Digger, made the meal even better!

We stopped at Panchos based on the reviews. The waitress was awesome and we took her advice and ordered the chicken enchiladas and fish tacos - both were really good. We will go again for sure!

If you want to get out of Guiones for dinner try out Pancho's. The food was very tasty and the woman running the place was super attentive. Good margies and priced affordably.

Pancho's has great Mexican food. Everything we ordered was very good, and the service was fine. Mandy's Margarita's were the best in the area. Pancho's was a good stop -- good food and a great place to enjoy the tropical atmosphere of the Nosara area.

Visited Panchos today, the homemade chips, salsa and guacamole were yummy after I added salt, but I like salt on my chips. The enchilada sauce is excellent even on a burrito. The beans were my favorite. Mandy gave us great service with a smile. Thanks for a great lunch!

The overall experience at Poncho's is excellent- great food, great service, and reasonably priced. Mandi is an amazing waitress and bartender, and a major contributor to the laid back and inviting feel of the bar.

Went back twice on our latest trip to Nosara Food was as good as we remembered The concensus of our family is it's the best Mexican food we've ever had!! Coming from Texans, that mighty high praise Service is not slow, it's on Tico-time Mandy was awesome!!!!!! Will go back again again!!
