FINALLY! The arroz con pollo i have been looking for.

Went to CR for first time 15 years ago and had the best arroz con pollo EVER. Have been back several times since and never had its equal. Until KayaSol. WOOHOO! Loved their chicken and rice - not only was it amazing, it was a huge portion and under $10. Which fyi is cheap for Nosara. My husband had... read more

Over the course of 4 visits to Guiones, this is the place we eat most often. The food is simple and well executed, the service is friendly. It has the feel of a locals joint. The fish casado is an immense plate of fresh fish and a pile of vegetables, beans, plantains and salad; and you can have quinoa with... More

I don't know why this place isn't rated higher on this list. I live in town and am here several times a week with friends for drinks or business lunches/breakfasts or dinner with my boyfriend. Jorge, the chef in the kitchen is seriously gifted and I've never ordered anything that wasn't super delicious. The portions are huge and well priced,... More

Open outdoor seating, delicious salads and great kid's menu. lots of room for little ones to run around, but not too busy. You are on Nosara time, so don't expect speedy service, but who needs it when you are in paradise.

Ate here twice during our visit because of the large menu selection and value. All of the food was great and the service was excellent. Nice restaurant with character!

I'm really surprised that this restaurant hasn't received better ratings. They have generous portions and the food is delicious. I had breakfast here every morning (coffee is free for Kaya Sol hotel guests) and had dinner once here. My favorites are the sol burrito and the surf skillet, you won't be disappointed, and delicious when you dig in after a... More

The hotel is super well located for surfers looking for the Guiones beach. The small accomodations are surrounded by trees and the monkeys roar will wake you up in the morning. It all feels very natural. The rooms are dated but cheap and you are going to spend most of your time outdoors anyway. The restaurant has a great atmosphere... More

Got a nice surprise when we thought we were just getting nachos and salsa and got DELICIOUS deep fried guac chips and fresh guac. Entrees and cocktails were just as delicious, accompanied by a great atmosphere and live music. Perfect ending to a perfect vacation. To the guys who play on Thursday nites - keep it up! Loved your music... More

The restaurant is a really solid spot for breakfast, lunch or drinks. The atmosphere is friendly, a nice place to chillax. The food is quite good. We were staying nearby so we ate here 4 or 5 times - it made for a good local.
