We have been going to Via Baci for a couple of years. It is our go-to place for wonderful mussels and unique pizza. The servers couldn't be any more wonderful - very personable, helpful and attentive. It is a relatively small place and can fill up quickly, but well worth the wait if there is one. Going early solves that... More

1st timer here. They obviously know who the customer is because when you walk in the door, they drop everything to greet you. We had two of their pizzas. Wow! So different than the normal pizza. Great job!

Cioppino was good, worth the cost, and had been recommended by the server. She was right! The cider flight, on the other hand, was not. There were 3 samples: one wimpy cider, one that was okay, and one that was so sweet that I left it. Skip that. Stick to beer, and the food.

My husband had the Chicken Marsala, and I had the Mediterranean Shrimp -- TO DIE FOR!!! This was a great place the locals dine at, and even though we were served quickly, the food tasted homemade. Our server said pretty much anything on the menu could be made Gluten Free. Was told next time to try their pizzas. Great value... More

Discovered Via Baci via TripAdvisor and was so glad we did. Fresh ingredients and oven baked to perfection are the only way to describe this place. Lots of other things besides pizza on the menu which looked very good. Thanks to TripAvisor we made another good selection.

Allow me to start this review by saying that I consider myself to be a bit of a "Pizza Snob" :-). I suppose that most people who are originally from the New York tri-state area (and love pizza), probably feel similar. If you've ever come across these native New Yorkers, and heard them talk about "their" pizza, you may have... More

Everything we have had is yummy, of course their pizza is the best item on the menu. Creative toppings cooked in a wood fired oven!! So good! Recently went to Italy and this is where we go for our Italian food fix! Wine list is great and happy hour is a great deal!

Moved to Colorado and we were so happy to find Via Baci! My wife and I had a wonderful dinner here. The food was really, really good and the service was spot on. I liked the atmosphere. It's casual and the only (minor) suggestion I would provide would be that our table was very (very) close to the table beside... More

Via Baci is actually within walking distance of our home and it is the best Restaurant in Ridgegate. We thought it an ideal place to meet with friends for New Years Eve dinner. The service is always excellent with knowledgeable and cheerful wait staff. There are weekly specials on Monday which are very good value and their wine specials are... More

It's often hard to find thin crust pizza with fresh basil out of the NY area but that's exactly what we had when we visited this restaurant over the Christmas holiday. The mussels appetizer can be used as a meal, pizza was excellent and if you go on a T or Th the wine is 1/2 off a bottle. The... More
