OK, Goidelic but nothing special

Has a good traditional menu. Food prepared well and served promptly. Ate here a couple of times, ok , just lacked atmosphere.

We ate here one night last week and unfortunately were very disappointed. Maybe they were having an 'off' night?! I have never had Tzatziki with carrots in it before, I found it made it very watery and not nice at all. I then had the Sole and Swordfish for main course which was under cooked. The fish was still slimy... More

We came down to eat here fairly late one evening. We were greeted very warmly and ordered our food. The portions were huge! Really good food, friendly family run restaurant and well worth a visit.

Family run, very good food and service. The food portions are huge and lovely touches like complimentary fresh bread and ice cream.

I like my pepper sauce and for me this has got to be the best place I have visited for the pepper sauce with just a wee kick.

Lovely spot, right on the sea front. Friendly (but no hassle) family-run, spotlessly clean restaurant, home-cooked food. We liked the food at our all-inclusive restaurant but came here nearly every day for brunch.

Great place for a beer or a coffee when having a stroll along the beach / coast at Gouves. The owner is very friendly and the ambiance is great and a fine place to watch the world go by. They also do a nice toasted sandwich as well as a hearty breakfast. Located opposite a popular beach.

This cafe/restaurant is just behind the beach at Kato Gouves in Crete. We had a late lunch there and as it was only a 1 minute stroll from the lovely beach between the Island restaurant and the lovely little church it was very easy to get to. We sat looking out over the beach and calm sea and were served... More
