Food was decent, service was great (Thanks Amber!), prices did not match the quality (and quantity) of food. I get that because you're on a barrier island only accessible by boat so basically they assume you're willing to pay for ambiance but, come'on, the mainland isn't that far away. Our service was great though-attentive and nice. The fish tacos were... More

We had a delightful meal here! All 4 of us enjoyed our meals. I ordered the Havana, blackened grouper and shrimp with black beans and rice- my favorite, and these were the best I've had- guacamole and salsa with chips, and fried plantains. My niece had the fried cobia and she thought it was good, too. The setting was beautiful,... More

We ate there this evening and were very impressed. We had fried cobia, almond crusted Mahi and the Havana. It was all very good as was the black beans and rice. The service was very quick and our server was very friendly. There is nothing like eating out under the chickee.

We ate here a couple of times during our stay at the island. Amber was our server each time and provided wonderful service. I highly recommend the jerked shrimp and conch fritters. We had a party of 14 and everyone was pleased with their meals. Fun place to hang out on a sat afternoon as there is live entertainment. There... More

On a chilly day, we arrived by boat disheartened that we could not shell or swim due to the chilly weather and strong winds. With some seasoned skippers at the helm, we docked and were greeted by a delightful, attractive waitress who managed to get us all served with drinks in hand quite promptly. From start to finish our variety... More

We arrived on a Thursday afternoon at 1:00 with a party of 5. Received our food at 2:30. The beans and rice - once delicious- not edible- old, cold with terrible smoky aftertaste. For six appetizers, 2 Mahi sandwiches, Cobb salad a burger, and four Bud Lights and a Diet Coke - the bill before tip was $250.! We are... More

We had lunch at Barnacle Phil's while on a boat trip to North Captiva. IThe food was good, the drinks were cold, and the staff was friendly. It's a very casual place. I would return.

Came by boat for lunch, had the cobia tacos which were very good! Excellent and friendly service! Ping pong and bean bag toss set up outside, fun to do while waiting for your food! Looking forward to coming back.

Recently a captive there as result of our boat excursion stopping there /only show in town theory/ have been there numerous times in past - always enjoyed it - but the now price of $18.00 for a very small piece of grouper on a bun is ridiculous - I know grouper is high but have been eating it all over...
