Description: The Reef Beach Cafe is open 7 days per week, from 8:00 am till 10:00 pm (Mondays until 6pm), and offers a simple but nicely varied menu of Creole and international (sea)food, a range of fast foods (including home made pizza), breakfast, fresh milkshakes, cappuccinos, cold beers and hot cocktails, at prices as low as we can keep them, making The Reef affordable to both locals and visitors. Really good food right on the beach! Enjoyed the salt fish and bake and the seafood roti with a Carib.

This restaurant serves good food but the best parts are the view and the people. The servers are friendly and the views of the Maria islands and Sandy beach (being right on the beach) is wonderful. Yes, there are stray dogs that roam the beach (welcome to St. Lucia) however these are the kindest, gentlest dogs you would ever meet.... More

The food was good. A good selection of choices, burger was great and pizza was a good size for at least 2 people to share. Only negative thing was ordered some frozen drinks all different kinds but they all came out the same. They used papaya instead of pineapple and was told we dont waste anything here and took out papaya... Thanks for taking the time to review us, appreciate it. Just wanted to explain that we make our frozen fruit punches with frozen bananas, plus whatever other fruits are in season (which is probably what our bar tender tried to explain when she said 'we don't waste anything' ). I understand you'd had a fruit punch sometime earlier at The... More

This restaurant was EXCELLENT! It had the feel of a restaurant back in the states. You could eat inside or outside, we ate outside. There were stray dogs that would lay next to you but they weren't threatening at all. They had pretty much everything to eat and the food was very good and very affordable!! This was definitely a... My wife and I were staying at Coconut Bay and we thought the food there was terrible so we were looking for a spot in the town to go eat at. We heard of this place from one of the hotel workers and it was close so we went to check it out. It was HORRIBLE! How do you people... More

We were rather taken aback and actually contacted this reviewer, asking him to please verify that he did indeed visit The Reef (and not some other bar in the area) since we do not actually serve 'dorado fillet', nor 'mountains of rice', our portions are normal (but not super-sized) and, in all reason, US$10 (EC$29) cannot be described as 'very... This is a friendly bar with many locals and visitors popping in for a cool piton and lunch. The meue is not sophisticated, and some dishes could do with a bit of a revamp, but the staff are so friendly it is the best place to chilax and watch to kitesurfers fly.

If you want to relax, enjoy the sea breeze, with a beautiful view and good food, then The Reef is the place to go. You can sit outside under the trees and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with drinks. while gazing onto Maria Island. The prices are reasonable, it is very near the airport and having furry critters around lying... More

If you are looking for a no frills, casual setting, the Reef is a great choice. The pizzas are very good for lunch and dinner. They serve a good breakfast as well with a suprisingly good cappucino. Sit back and watch the kite boarders and listen to the surf.
