My partner took me to Bali Brasserie for dinner to celebrate my new job. We have our favourite places we always go out and we do not really like to try new restaurants because of my dietary issues - I am gluten intolerant and vegan. However, at this special occasion he decided we should try something new and Bali Brasserie... More

The Bali brasserie has been around for years and after hearing of a special night on we decided to go. The place it's self made you feel as if you has stepped back into the 70s or 80s that's great if you want that but can I just remind everyone we are in 2015 now! Anyway that aside the food... More

A group of ten of us went in between Christmas and New Year to enjoy the Sunday buffet. We started off with a few drinks at the marvellous colonial bar while we waited for everyone to turn up with no pressure from the staff even though we didn't sit down for an hour. The food was as good as it... More

Really warm and welcoming staff. Drinks cheaper than most pubs in Brighton and Hove. Decor dated and kind of evocative of a cruise ship from the ninetys. That said comfy and clean. Buffet meal for twenty quid gave a range of 5 - 6 dishes to choose from. Tasty and fresh food. Really accommodating for vege people too.

I've reviewed this place before and said the food was good but the restaurant is very dated. In a way, nothing has changed much. The food is actually a lot better than most restaurants in Hove and some of our dishes were excellent. The service is still very friendly. I can see why their customers keep coming back. Upon reflection,... More

I've been going to the truly wondrous Bali Brasserie for years. Tropical decor, the longest bar in Brighton (carpeted), lovely food and the nicest nicest staff ever. Christmas, birthdays, dinners for two..it's always an 80s-tactic party. Everyone must go. Once and you're hooked.

We have been visiting the Bali Brasserie for a number of years now and last year, (2014,) we went for Christmas dinner. Wow! It was the best Christmas dinner we have ever had,the food was divine, the service superb, the atmosphere perfect and the price exceptional. Our family ranged from 14 years to 72 years and not one complaint or... More

like stepping back in time, my last visit was the mid late eighties and I still recognise the decor...service was excellent throughout, a real highlight. Food was very good, the soup and satay chicken superb, with the buffet main course high quality.
