On both recent visits Marrocco's has been going like a train, packed, busy, and yet both times the food arrived swiftly and was excellent. Marrocco's is a very well oiled machine, every member of the team operates with utmost efficiency and charm and extra especially those in the kitchen who reliably produce quality, authentic Italian food no matter how busy.... Was recommended Marroccos by a local, so had a family catch up here. Risotto Linguine was superb, pizza delicious and perfectly cooked, spaghetti carbonara rich and creamy. Attentive, smiling waiters. The place was humming, so probably not the best place for intimate conversation. However, I was so impressed by the food I have rebooked for Sunday lunch with my daughters... More

After a long walk with friends and dogs last weekend, I recommended that we pop to Marrocco's for some much-needed icecream. A bit of a wait due to the well-deserved popularity but definitely worth it for my favourite icecream in Brighton & Hove. As before, lots of flavours available and really friendly staff. I'm a bit surprised about the negative... More

We ate here with 2 children On Sunday around 12.30. Having stowed the scooter and skateboard under the table we ordered just before the lunchtime rush at 1.00. We had a massive starter for 2 which we split 4 ways then managed to force down a couple of salads with carbonara for the children. with ice creams, shakes, beer and... More

Hi Antonio Thanks for your comment. All the team at Marroccos find it hard to believe that after serving over 2,500 ice creams last weekend, that you are the only person who's made a complaint. We would welcome you to help us perfect our Gelato recipes as your'e obviously a world class Gelato expert. Your friend must be very proud... More

We popped in for a coffee and ice cream. The waiters were very attentive and the coffee and ice cream lovely. Would return here for a meal if in the area. The cafe is in a good position on the seafront.

There used to be a basic cafe at the rear of this famous ice cream parlour but that has now been upgraded with more comfortable seating and has an excellent evening menu. The giant mixed seafood platter was pretty impressive and included a whole lobster but was a little overpriced. Less successful was the antipasto of cold meat and cheese,... More

I came here for ice cream on Sunday, and was really shocked by the service. Being a lovely sunny day it was very busy. There was a long queue, but this is to be expected and I didn't mind waiting. There is a blackboard in the window with the ice cream flavours on, but unfortunately this needs refreshing as it... More

Hi Sarah Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As you can appreciate not all the claims on here are 100% legitimate, but we've checked the CCTV footage and humbly apologise to you for what happened. The member of staff concerned hasn't ever caused us a problem before and is normally very good natured. It was hot and very... More

We always come and eat here, when visiting family in Hove, and can be sure of a warm welcome. From the front, it looks like just an ice cream shop (the ice creams are indeed excellent), but it venture past the ices to the back, there is a seating area beyond the kitchen. The food is of a much higher... More

Had an early dinner here sitting outside on a sunny evening. Service was friendly and efficient while the sea food was great.
