I went to Txalaka with some colleagues whilst on business in Barcelona. It was midweek and early evening, thus fairly quiet. The choice of tapas was excellent and we had a very enjoyable evening. Good service. I would go back when in the area.

Huge variety of pintxos, great service and really good sidra. Not the only basque place in Castelldefels, but this one is perfect for catching a football game or just hang out and enjoy all sorts of different flavours.

A little expensive but definitely worth it. Tapasis available but for a real treat, hit the a la carte and try the basque food. The duck was exquisite and if you order dessert please bear in mind that two people can easily share one. Recommended!

We go here every summer and we have never been disappointed. Last night we had a selection of tapas (you pick them yourself-so you know what you are getting!) and a bottle of cava for less than 24€ per person. The place gets crowded but it never takes too long to get a seat. Next year we will go again... More

The arrangement with the self service tapas works quite well but of course it means it is all pre prepared and out on display. Many of the items offered are on a piece of bread and to me represented the sort of food one would expect at a finger buffet event. It was however very popular with those guests in... More

This restaurant has an excellent selection of tapas where you pay by the item. Overall this was exceptional value for money, with friendly staff and nice food. Note: If you want tapas you need to sit in the bar as they are self service. If you sit in the restaurant, you can still have tapas, but you must also order... More

I come here several for special ocassions. This restaurant is one of the few restaurants in Castelldefels Platja that worth a visit considering the moderate prices. Here you can taste the typical basque pinchos. They also prepare good steaks and fish dishes. The service use to be attentive and the wine list is impressive.

After wasting time in Castelldefels looking for a decent place to eat, we finally asked a taxi driver to take us to a quality restaurant. What a find! We had a great meal here, three courses, all faultless and at an appropriate price. There is also a wide range of tapas available, and a good wine selection. Service was good... More
