Food looked great, setting is really nice........service was utter rubbish. An hour wait to get starters which were wrong....try explaining that to your hungry 2 years old. In apologetic waiter walked off before we finished explaining why our order was incorrect. Summary.......walked out, did not pay. Will not go again......

We visited La Cantina after reading lots of good reviews on Trip Advisor and it did not disappoint. We sat out in the courtyard, had tapas to start and then a main course each. Thoroughly enjoyed both. Presentation of the food is really good, and the staff were lovely. Teguise on the whole is well worth a visit.

We ate on a Sunday, so only tapas on offer, we added two dishes to the plate for two and there was much too much food! The food is great, and talking to others there the menus during the week are more varied and even better. The local Volcano white wine is superb. A great place to eat.

Luxurious tapas, super-tasty, rich and fresh salads, and very good wine. You cannot really ask more than these simple ingredients to fully complete your Lanzarote-experience in Teguise! Don't miss it!

We visited this restaurant in July this year on a family holiday as my parents have a villa in playa blanca. Planing to go to the market it was a chance find. A beautiful secret courtyard is hidden at the back with live music playing. The food was fantastic very rustic and very tasty! One of the waiters in particular... More

Went there with a big family with small children. We had so much food to eat Tapas, mains, dessert.... but the service was perfect until the very end of our visit! The food tasted amazing. Would love to come back next time!

Really enjoyed this place, great food. I had the Sweetcorn Fritters as a starter and the Uruguayan Steak as a main, unbelievable! Great wine, cool vibe and good service. Highly recommend!

Went here twice during my last vacation: their tapas is to be recommended :) Second time I had their Uruguayan steak: which was delicious. They have a fine selection of (local) wines which can all be ordered by the glass. If the weather permits: their patio and secret garden is one of the best seats in the house.

Great setting and great food. We were advised to come here from a local shop keeper and I'm really glad we did. Really nice food. We will be back with our friends before the end of our holiday.
