Fab Alternative to Dinner at Torrelbenc

This is a really great little restaurant not far from Torrelbenc (about a 4 min drive). The food is unusual and well cooked. It is tasty and fresh. The wine here was very good and very reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful. A great place for an escapee supper

We have been coming here for years now and this place never fails to impress us. The food is excellent, cooked on the indoor wood burning grill. The service is very personal and second to none. The view on the back terrace is stunning, watching the sun set whilst enjoying fine food. We will be back again in July and... More

We are very pleased to add our comments to this most wonderful restaurant. The service is excellent and the menu is comprehensive. We have eaten here on several occasions and cannot imagine a trip to Menorca without taking a meal at Can Bernat. It is a family run establishment where they pride themselves with quality, Daniel at the front of... More

I have passed this restaurant many times on once or twice had a beer in their outside bar near a swimming pool. This year the outside bar has gone and the restaurant extended onto the patio and we stopped by for drinks. The service was exceptionally friendly and the menu looked very interesting. We had already brought a picnic for... More

Driven past this restaurant many times on the way to and from Cala'n Porter, but booked a table for six this time...and it was so good. The terrace restaurant. the friendly staff, the chef cooking the meat on his big fire..... all added to the visit. We ate pork loin with sauce, rabbit and lamb - all plates were emptied...meat... Went for Dinner, after some very disappointing fare locally. Didn't get onto the famed terrace as not booked so sat out on the front. Shame as although they said terrace was fully booked it didn't seem that way as tables still had not been used when we left at 22.00. However, really attentive service and good Menorcan food. My partner's... More

We went to Can Bernat twice last week whilst staying on the island again. It was lovely to be back. We have visited every time we've stayed in Menorca over the last 15 years and it is wonderful to find somewhere that stays just as good. We had some excellent steak which practically melted in the mouth. The wine we... More

Leaving my second review for this restaurant a number of years and double figures worth of visits since (and before) my last review. On my most recent trip to Menorca I came with two friends who had never been to the island. We came for lunch on our first day and they were so impressed we returned every day for... More

One of the best restaurants on the island. As always the food, staff, wine list and setting we're out of this world. I can't recommend this place more highly. Can't wait for next May!!! We will be back.

We as a family have been coming to this restaurant for some years now and it never disappoints. Our first visit this year was to a birthday party with 30 people in attendance. The service and the food was nothing but first class, delivered by Danny and Toni. We returned a week later with just the family and once again... More

Hello Andrew, Great to hear the family enjoyed all their meals. Mr Bernat is semi-retired and just comes in to help when it's really busy, he too loves that status. Thanks for the business. Regards More
