The staff are excellent very friendly and really make the holiday. Lovely people, the life guards are exactly the same very friendly and great with the guests. The three of us love the place and the staff. Food is good and there is plenty of choice on the menu. This was our second visit and we will be coming back.... More

After coming here 17 years ago with our children for a good few years we decided to return, again with our family but with their families too. We were very surprised, and pleased to say that the place had not changed much at all! San Jaime Club was always the place our kids wanted to go and so did our... More

Brilliant entertainment and good quality good. Service was a little slow, but we're on holiday so who cares? Great Abba tribute band.

Have to agree with Ali M with regards to the surly staff. My husband also had a run in over the moving of chairs given that there were 8 of us! We are staying in a villa close by, but with 4 children with us we have visited in the evening for the entertainment , which at times had been... More

Excellent snacks, but wouldn't go for a main meal again (value for money not what you would want, especially as there are better restaurants in Son Bou for a nice meal). Has a microwave for zapping babies food. Excellent (but slightly crazy at times) free entertainment (kids loved it of all ages) and you can use the swimming pool and... More

Having been at this resort for some days and being advised the shows were of good quality we decided tonight to attend the venue. Upon arrival the show had started so we headed to the rear of the venue to the spare tables. Being 7 of us we moved 2 tables closer to be approached by a woman waitress who... More

We stayed in the son bou gardens apartments, and used the San jaime pool and bar every day, the service was excellent, the food was perfect, and the people were happy, friendly and chatty! The entertainment in the evenings was very good too.

The food is simple but well presented, well priced and fair quality. It would be all to easy to cut the standards but thankfully they haven't. Service is swift and efficient. Every evening there seems to be a tribute act which, good or bad, keeps the kids (and parents) entertained before bedtime. Overall it's a good place to stop for... More

Overall prices of some meals do seem high but the service received makes the price worthwhile. Entertainment is great and special thanks to Maria and Millie for really making our evenings and days round the pool wonderful. These 2 ladies are an assett to the restaurant and make sure you tell yhem the Tall guy in the hat recommended the... More
