A delicious bowl of pasta in San Pedro last night. If you go there, it is the first one at the top of the menu - risotto with asparagus, wild mushrooms and and slices of an Italian cheese that i forget the name of. I changed the risotto rice for fettuccine and it was perfect. The good house red went... More

I went to this restaurant as a guest of friends. I am a frequent traveller to Italy, and lived there for a number of years many years ago. I can only say that this restaurant offers a very inferior version of real Italian food. Moreover, I ordered turbot, but the fish I was given seemed to be a piece of... More

Went there for dinner, and was met with such attentive and friendly waiters. We were a group of 7 people, with ages ranged from 17 to 78 years old, so attending to the requests were a challenge. The best we must mention here is the house speciality - ravioli mushroom and the lamb ribs - and both were reasonably priced.... More

We visit Spain regularly and are always looking to try new places, we decided to give Caruso a try due to great reviews. The staff were most welcoming and couldn't fault them however the food was average, I had seafood lasagna which although quite tasty the pasta was like leather. My parents ordered other dishes which were also 'average'. Disappointing... More

It's well worth finding this hidden gem ! Where no menu is needed as the specials slip off the tongue! We first found this fabulous restaurant 2 years ago and it was well worth the visit on our return . It's a must visit whilst in the area.

For most of our meal, we were the only diners in the restaurant (it was quite early) but the staff were really friendly and really made us feel at home. Always ask about the specials which are not on the menu. The lobster bisque was excellent and the lamb and the seafood lasagne. Brilliant!

We stayed with friends in nearby Estapona and visited Caruzo's twice during our 8 day stay. The staff were really friendly and willing to cater for all tastes. The pasta dish I fancied wasn't on the menu but that didn't phase them at all. I described what I wanted and 15 minutes later it arrived in all it's glory and... More
