Nonna is a fantastic cook!

Authentic Tuscan home cooked food , local family run and very friendly to travelers. Good prices , great food , large choice , open kitchen so you can see Nonna cook. House wine is great , no need for anything more. Wish we had time to return again.

We stumbled on this place by accident. What a pleasant lunch break - inexpensive and authentic. Eggplant timbale was out of this world! They offered complimentary limoncello at the end of our meal - We couldn't have asked for a better start to our vacation - 4 old friends eating and drinking out on the tiny sidewalk terrace , church... Nothing fussy, straight forward service. Good value. Great food. Truffle pasta was as good as it gets, the pork sausage wonderful. Thanks TA and previous reviewers €60 euros for 3.

We dined here one lunchtime during our stay in San Casciano, and wish we'd had a chance to return. We both had meatballs which were tasty and tender in a marvellous tomato sauce. Lovely bottle of their red house wine to wash it down. We both indulged in a sweet, a creme caramel for me and Tirasmu for my husband.... More

Very traditional Italian restaurant. Staff pleasant and owner spoke English and was extremely helpful. Went twice as we liked it so much. Able to have gluten free pasta there as well. Try the Bistecca!! Clean, good sized portions, house wine great. Good range of choices

My family is here visiting my sister at her family's farm/vineyard in san pancrazio called corzano e paterno. she sends us to "nonno" to get great typical Tuscan food. The owner is hands on and I recommend you do as the locals do. Have a glass of wine outside first and then go inside to the garden area and have... More

Our private tour driver from Driver in Italy took us to this quaint delight on our way to Pisa. The house wine was delicious and only $5 a bottle to take away. The pasta with green beans was a delight and the cheese plate was delicious. The crowning touch was the bistecca florentine which was cut to 1.4 kilos- we... More

An authentic cantinetta with really good food. Family ambiance and friendly service. The lunch service was busy yet they took out time to explain the menu and tweak it for us. The clientele was mostly local which is always a compliment to the food.
