We dined at the la tenda rossa restaurant after we took a wonderful cooking class with chef Maria Probst at Salvadonica. Dinner at la tenda rossa exceeded our expectations. The restaurant is managed and run by the members of the same family. The service was very attentive and personable, the waitress helped us to navigate a menu, which was in... More

We did not really know what to expect other than a Michelin listing. The restaurant is on the town square, and is not very attractive from the outside. Inside, it gets immedeiately clear you are in for an evening of gourmet and up market dining. Luckily, they had no problems with our kids, got across the street to get them... More

The service was fantastic we orders the coursed menu , all the dishes were amazing except for the pigeon, I am sure it is an American thing but I just could not enjoy it. We loved the experience and had a wonderful lunch lots of fun !!,

We were treated to top notch service by Chef Maria Probst and her in laws. (I highly recommend taking her cooking class at Salvadonica )This is a multi generation run restaurant. It is very chic, modern italian in style. The food was beautifully prepared and delicious. Definitely for the more sophisticated, curious palate. This will be your night to put... More

This is a very good Italian place. The food was very authentic and the meal was very good and very fine as befits a restuarant with a star from Michelin. The place is a bit out of way

When planning to spend more money than usual, I have more expectations. In spite of the mixed reviews, we thought we would give it a chance. The restaurant is beautiful, well appointed with dishes, fine china, sculptures on most tables, etc. The menu in interesting and well translated by very pleasant and professional members of the family of the owners( i... Arriving at the restaurant, in this small village in the middle of nowhere, you have the sense that you might be in the wrong place... However, once the door opens, you realize that this is the place! Service: From the greeting, the seating, to the service, everything was perfect. The server was very polite, helpful with questions about the complicated... More

Had a disappointing experience in this supposed-starred restaurant. We were the only diners at lunch, and expected an awesome experience. Maybe our expectations were misplaced. The wine-list by the glass was very average, although the bottle selection was wide and reasonably priced. The food however left much to be desired. There was NO olive oil in the restaurant to go... The atmosphere, the sweet special rose and red decor, the menu and the wine list! A nice place too with outside seating on tables covered by a hedge to blend out the traffic noise. we were recommended to go there by other fellow guests.

Really not bad, expensive , but strange design, quite oversalted clams - there are a lot of things to admire in kitchen and service, but also a lot of small shortages. They quite compensate each other. The service were good- no doubt.
