Don't go there if you are looking for a romantic place, this is a busy restaurant well frequented by local people and can be rather noisy, but this is the charm of this trattoria. The food is not Michelin star, but very good nonetheless and I think the best value for money in town. If you like some local colours... More

Enough has been said about this establishment and in general it is excellent Sicilian food, trattoria style. The things we found important were to get there at 7.30pm when they open, lots of locals frequent the restaurant so if you arrive later it will be busy and your order could be slow. Having said that the service was not that... More

Sicilian food cooked and served in traditional way. Good (some very good) fish cous-cous, pasta, caponata and starters (fish based). Staff was nice and friendly, very good surprise in the end: the bill was really cheap.

We ended up here wandering around the city, could not decide where to eat. The service was ok few young waiters running around and looked a little bit disorganized. The Antipasta was good, big portion even if the cheese was of a poor quality but everything else was tasteful. The total bill for two person including drinks, antipasta, beer and... More

Very nice place where you can try typical food from Sicily and enjoy slow life forgetting about the world. Fishes and frutti di mare great and fresh prepared in good way.

My wife and I ate at this restaurant for dinner. My gamberetti were awesome, but my wife's pasta was just okay. And the service was not up to par. It was a Saturday night and they were busy, but we expect good service and were disappointed.

Great food, great service and a wonderful family atmosphere. The seafood antipasto was exceptional. Thanks for a super evening!

The food is exquisite, especially the freshly prepared seafood and the delicious pizzas. And for the quality of food served, the prices are quite affordable. Limited choice of wines (or else the wine list wasn't readily available, so do ask for it just in case), but the food compensated for that. And service is fast, efficient and great. They treat... I ate superbly well here. The grilled gambas, large, were amazingly fresh and well priced and my spaghetti di mare was beautiful, fresh and portion wise, extremely generous. Rest of the family had Gnocci, pasta pomodoro and bolognese (kids chose from the set menu, which was amazing value- adult set meal for the equivalent of a kids meal in UK!).... More

Following good reviews on TripAdvisor we decided to go there - in the hotel they of course new about this trattoria and also recommended to go there. We were not disappointed at all: excellent food of large quantity at low prices. We sat outside at a funny small terrace where cars are parked right in front and garages are just... More
