Great food and service

Apparently seems to be the most famous Noto restaurant as everyone knows it. Make sure you book it in advance. Food eaten here was great. Maybe portions are too big expecially the pasta. I had the one with pesto al pistachio and seems too much comparing with the sauce. I was impressed but the... read more

On arrival we were impressed by the smart decor and nice atmosphere of this place. A friendly waitress took our order. We shared a mixed antipasti, then we shared pasta with clams and prawns, everything was really flavoursome. For secondi my husband had steak in peppercorn sauce which was tasty and tender. I had beef slices with porcini mushrooms but... More

If you go to Noto make sure to book this restaurant! I had the shrimps with orange as starter and the beef with mushrooms for main. It was both delicious and make sure you order the vegetables with parmazan cheese as side dish, it's finger linking good. My girlfriend recommends the risotto with seafood. And from my neighbors I heard... More

This is a small, family run trattoria down a side street next to the Teatro. The food was delicious and typical Sicilian. The pasta is delicious and cooked perfectly. We ordered "vino de casa" and were not disappointed. We shared a ricotta cheese dessert and it was terrific. Noto is a beautiful city and this restaurant was the perfect ending... More

We had a lovely lunch here, and we enjoyed every bite. Two of us had the swordfish and the other two had cavatelli a la Norma, a typical Sicilian pasta dish with eggplant and ricotta. We also ordered a side of grilled vegetables. We ended with two different salads, orange and onion, and Mediterranean, also very tasty and refreshing. Portions... More

Comfortable setting, and very busy (dinner reservations are a must). Pretty much a standard menu. Our risotto di mare and sardine-based pasta were fine, but not exceptional. The house red wine was very good.

Here a taste the best pasta of my life (pesto de pistachio with vongole and shrimp)! The restaurant was real busy, due to the festival in the city (Inflorata), for that reason we don't have the best service... But it's a really good food... One of the best of Sicilia

Pure luck to have seen a big wrap for here from another restaurant review (in Ortigia) and to have been in Noto at lunch time. Not planned but as is often the case that's when you get the best surprises. Nice little place just off the main street so you need to look for it. Very friendly welcome and good... More
