We did not have the reservation yet they managed to find a table for us in a very busy night. The owner who served our table was very sweet and though his English wasn't the best he really tried to explain everything in the menu. Service was really good and fast. The food was amazing and the white vine they... More

A very relaxed trattoria, clearly very popular, with people waiting outside for a table. We were asked to return in 30 mins and sat in the outside area at the back, lovely on a warm evening. The food was worth returning for and we tucked into three dishes of fat and delicious strands of busiata (?) pasta with sarde (sardines,... More

If you want good simple genuine Sicilian fresh seafood this is a place you must try out. It's not that easy to find as it is down a narrow side road off the main street. It is very simple inside nothing glamorous but the food is something else, quite outstanding and delicious and the fish is so fresh. They don't... More

I advice everybody to have at least a meal here, I had dinner there 3 night and I can tell that all the 3 dinners were delicious. It s better reserve the table if not it s possible to stay in the line outside quite a lot.

My wife and I stumbled on this restaurant the first day we were in Noto, and we were very lucky. We had two pastas (including the "norma") and both were awesome. The owner walks around being friendly and made our meal even more fun.

We've been in Noto for a bout a week and a half now, eating mostly in restaurants, and this is the best. First of all, the food is genuinely satisfying, outstanding tasty Sicilian fare. Then there is the fact that most of the people eating here are Italian. I should not be down on non-Italian tourists, since I am one... More

We went to Trattoria d'Ercole upon a friend's recommendation (who happened to eat there several times and gave us an enthusiastic reference) but we were a little disappointed. The tables were too close to each other and the service was sloppy. The food was fine but we were not impressed as we were in other Sicilian restaurants in the same... More

Centrally located, this trattoria was recommended to us by our hotel - and we're so happy we went! After three weeks in Italy/Sicily, this was the best pasta meal we had! The hosts were gracious and patient with our lack of Italian; it was clearly popular with local people, and this added to the ambiance. They make their own pasta... More

We've just come back from a trip around Modica, Noto, Siracusa, Ragusa etc and the best food I've eaten on this trip to Sicily with my sicilian partner had to have been here in Noto. When we arrived the restaurant was packed with locals. The owner, a very warm and friendly Corrado, knew all of his custiomers by first name... More
