Very good and creative food

We had a very nice dinner in this restaurant. The food is good and the menu is rather creative. However, there wasn't much choice for vegetarians. The service was very efficient, although rather impersonal.

We concluded our Noto visit, by a diner here, where "locals" were supposed to be the majority of the customers ... Well, on that day, most of the customers were "tourists", and the "locals" probably in the best places ... After a "neutral" welcome we've received our dishes To start, some took the "arancino" (very good) or antipasti "old style"... More

Very good food made with few ingredients, you see what you are eating and enjoying it. The homemade bread is a sign of good style of the restaurant. There are not many tables, therefore it will be good to make a reservation: can be made through their homepage. The personnel are friendly and helpful. Note that Wednesday is the day... More

We arrived early for dinner so the restaurant was empty but it soon filled up. We asked to sit in the little annex area as it seemed less formal but we ended up next to the toilet (we didn't realise as there was no sign on the door). The menu was a little confusing until we realised that it was... More

Delicious, we travelled around Sicily for a couple of weeks and the food here was consistently very good. The tuna steak was sublime. Good service, good atmosphere in a quiet, real and atmospheric part of Noto.

The style of the dining room mirrors the spirit of the cuisine: beautiful Sycilian tyles in a modern setting. Every dish was cooked to perfection and well presented, we were most impressed by an innovative starter combining pane panella and prawns in a sandwich bun as well as by the tuna in pistachio crust. The desserts were equally to the... More

I may have chosen badly but my arrancia melanzone although lovely inside was burnt on the outside. My pork had little meat and was mainly fat. The bread served on arrival was good. Service was efficient but impersonal and not particularly friendly.

Great place in Noto alto, a short walk from the centre. A most interesting menu, excellent wine list, attentive service. Went twice for lunch during a short visit to Noto, highly recommended.

We had dinner and the experience was overall pleasant. Special mention for the macco di fave and for the pork. The service is very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

We visited the restaurant last october. We had the full program: Antipasto, Primo, Secondo and Dolce. For Antipasto the arancine were wonderful. I don't expect it different from a good sicilian restaurant. For Primo the Spaghetti palermitana, another sicilian speciality, was a nice experience i never had befor. Very good! For Secondo the maialino nero - spicy and very tender.... More
