This place is exactly what it sets out to be. A great place to have lunch and a drink on the beach. Great views and friendly people. We came here twice, had decent food and cold drinks.

This restaurant at the Hotel Intercontinental is located at the top of one of the nicest beaches in San Juan. The food is good - pizzas, salads, sandwiches, etc. - but the real reason to go is for the location. Everything tastes better when you're on vacation, overlooking the ocean!

Ciao isn't the greatest place, and the food isn't anything spectacular. The drinks are good but nothing amazing. Still, there are definitely perks to this place... 1. It's right near the Intercontinental pool, and right on the beach. The prices are actually a little better than the pool bar, and they have waitstaff who will serve you right on the... More

Okay for light snacks and drinks when hanging by the pool / beach. They don't have servers that come to your lounge chairs, so you need to get up and get your stuff each time.

Do not feed the pigeons... you'll regret it lol... the veggie pizza is the best... the calamari is a nice appetizer... and some local Puerto Rican light beer will highlight everything with that beach front view

We ate lunch here everyday. Good food and they will bring it to your spot on the beach. Prices reasonable.

We ate here the first night of our stay...it was good. Nothing outstanding. We had the fish special which was very good--actually great now that I think back on it. The other dish was a veggie spaghetti...kinda blah. The service was great. Wine list just ok.

The Café is right on the beach. It is basically an outdoors restaurant. If you want to have a great hamburger, on an informal dinner this is the place. They do have lunch. You can eat there coming just right out from the beach or pool. This is a place to eat if you are staying at the hotel. I... More

You either have a view of the ocean or of the pool from here. We had dinner out there three times in our week long stay and enjoyed the food each and every time. The service was always fast and courteous and I loved some of they specialty drinks that they made there.

The "cuban" sandwich and "Voodoo" drinks are amazing! A little pricey but worth it for the location and atmosphere.
