On a girls trip to San Juan pr we decided to try the local fare. We went to lupi's. The manager came over and introduced himself. We asked him to explain mofungo. He brought us a trial size (for 6) so that we could taste it. He explained how it was made. It was delicious. Mofungo is a common dish... More

Loved the atmosphere, outdoor patio and music. We had appetizers and drinks. Antonio as our server. He provided great service and was very attentive. We received our food and drinks right away. Food was a little bland but nothing hot sauce couldn't fix.

I visited PR from TX and everyone said the food was really good here. But it was nasty Mexican food I've ever had. The enchiladas had marinara sause. The nachos are over priced chips and dry cheese.

Went with my family and had the tacos and burrito, no flavor and very disappointed. Chilis is right across the street and thought the food would be good based on chain competition so close. That is not the case.

First of all the place looks like the put random Mexican stuff all over the place and a bunch of tv's. The food wasn't seasoned especially the chicken fajitas. It was just boiled and grilled chicken and some sautéed onions. I can make that at home!!! I asked for some spices and they just gave me a cup of Cajun... More

When I arrived in Puerto Rico we walked across the street and I was told i could get some pretty decent Puerto Rican food. I had some kind of burrito with bananas and pork. Sounds like it would taste really bad but it was great.

Angel the bartender deliberately and inaccurately put more beers onto my bill than I actually had! I had six beers, tops, during my three hours at Lupi's. When I asked for my bill, I was charged for ELEVEN!! That is $50 in beer that I did not have!! When I protested about being overcharged, Angel put his head down, mumbled... More

This was a great lil spot to sit on the patio. Our server was awesome. She made reommendations but I had the cajun shrimp fajitas and hubby had a combo plate that had beef (shredded) taco, chicken enchilada and pork burrito. The rice was really good but everything else was ok. We've had much better Mexican food here in Atlanta.... More

My husband and I went to Lupi's on a Thursday night around 8pm, after an awesome day of sailing and snorkeling. We were immediately greeted and seated and within 5 minutes already had our first round of margaritas. Our waiter was very attentive and took our order for food again within a few minutes. I had grouper fish tacos with... More
