Well prepared food in a modest environment, this family owned restaurant showcases local dishes, reinterpreted by chef Salas, and has become a favourite among local businessmen and politicians to showcase the states cuisine. Probably the only alternative to street food if one wants to try local dishes. The wine pairing suffers from the need to include the chefs brother as... More

During visit in Toluca, I found one of the best restaurant of Mexican modern cuisine. Taste was wonderful, and the atmosphere was like quite decent, modern, industrial. Good for dinner.

So... More

Excellent local restaurant with great attention to details on the service, the menu, the ingredients and the drinks. The food is not for showing off but to delight the customers with uncomplicated and original dishes that are prepared with the finest ingredients - and it shows. Do not expect pretentious staff or overly decorated walls, instead you get excellent spot-on... More

I m originally from that city and after going to visit my family my foodie cousin and uncle invited me to have lunch at this restaurant. Since the moment I came in I saw the nice decor and the well dress personnel. I remember then, that if have been in a few restaurants in Europe that look just like this... More

From the moment I walked into the door (without reservation) to the moment I left, they gave impeccable service. The place was completely full, but they got me a lovely... More

Went here for breakfast sometimes and is very good, I love the fresh juice, specially strawberry juice or guayaba juice. All ingredients are fresh, I had cecina and was very good.

Awesome place! The atmosphere is great but nothing compared to the food. It wisely mixes the traditional Mexican ingredients to create an outstanding combination of flavor and tradition. The portions are the perfect size to enjoy them. Remember to leave some space for desserts!
