Good food

Would have been helpful to have had an English menu as didn't have any idea what we were ordering but what we had was very good.

Tasty food, nice and cosy place. The owner is helpful and very friendly. Prices are very low. Highly recommended.

The dinner at Pasta e Vino was probably the best meal during our trip to Tuscany (second only to the one we cooked ourselves in a cooking class two days earlier). The atmosphere is outstanding, cozy and home-like. Also the creative and tasty starters are something to remember. Together with the price (ca. €30 p.p. with drinks and desserts) and... More

local osteria, with clearly a loyal local trade. Does Slow Food. I think it is family run and it shows that they love what they do. Great Tuscan food, cooked with love and served with love. They don't have great english but I had enough Italian to get by. Go here, you will not be disappointed, they are fabulous in... More

A great find. A wonderful experience of such special food. Run by a husband and wife team who are just devoted to fine eating. Worth the trip out of Pisa to enjoy this very welcoming restaurant

We stayed at B&B Cribò located walking distance from this restaurant. Carmine the owner of the B&B suggested this restaurant and it was indeed a great recommandation. Guiliano Terme is located less than 10kms from Pisa and is a lovely small town with a nice town square and friendly people. We had a couple drinks at the town square while... More

Caught in hunger and rain we found this ostaria in a small town close to Pisa. The food and the atmosphere in the small street were fine, but most of all we felt us very well treated by the staff

Having negotiated the nightmare security queues at Manchester airport and collecting our "in-terminal" car hire that was a bus ride away, we were ready for a lazy lunch en route to Lucca. We happened upon this place by accident, having passed over a place in nearby in the square because 1. it was very hot and 2. no-one came to... More

We attended a drinks reception Bagni di Pisa Hotel and Spa. At 9.30pm 18 of us decided to try this little Osteria. Despite the number of us, the time (not long before closing time) and the lack of notice (we just showed up) we were welcomed warmly and enjoyed a great evening. This family owned and run Osteria was recommended... More

During our stay at Bagni di Pisa Hotel and Spa we ate twice at this delightful little Osteria. We were welcomed warmly and enjoyed two very good evening meals with delightful service. This family owned and run Osteria is just what you hope to find when you are in Italy and it certainly did not disappoint. The lady owner is... More
