"Superb Food with matching views"

Had a wonderful courgette flower filled starter really tasty, let it cool to get fuller taste. The main course was pasta dish with sea urchin sauce something that never had before and it was wonderful. My wife had the black rice with "one prawn" on top which was tasty but nothing like my pasta... read more

After reading some glowing reviews here we visited this evening. We're staying just ten minutes away. We arrived on Saturday - first visit to Santa Maria and the Cilento region. We'd noticed that we've heard almost no English speaking tourists - this was the exception as there were no locals or other Italian tourists in the restaurant at all. They... More

My wife and I had a great dinner. Our starter was delicious and our pastas were very creative but with very tasty and simple ingredients. Our sea bass was very nice with a crispy potato coating. Local wine was not too expensive but exquisite. We will go again during the week.

We ate here again on our last trip to Santa Maria di Castellabate and the food was as good as and possibly even better than the last time. We sat outside this time beside the promenade nad took in the lovely evening atmosphere. It is excellent value and everything was really well prepared and tasted amazing. Leave room for dessert!

Simply put the food here is excellent. It may be a smidge more expensive than your standard pizzeria but it more than justifies the difference in quality and invention. Getting maximum flavour out of fewest ingredients demonstrates a degree of sophistication normally associated with Michelin stars. Using wild asparagus to intensify the flavour as opposed to the cultured variety for... More

Great wine selection here and a nice varied menu with different options compared to many of the other local restaurants. Little more expensive that some other places but certainly worth a visit.

We ate dinner here and enjoyed the food. Service was good, but, Be warned that when he asks if you want potatoes or vegetables, they are $4 additional. Food was good, but about twice what our other similar meals cost.

It used to be our favorite restaurant last year. We decided to go there on arrival this year. Dissapointed with service. We ordered side vegetables to both our main dishes ( sea bass and tuna). My husband is allergic to paprika peppers, he opted for grilled vegies without peppers, stressing the waiter about it. Our main courses were delivered with... More

We ate here twice and it was excellent both times. I had grilled swordfish and my wife had tuna. The waitress speaks excellent English and was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is located on the seafront in a lovely location. Very reasonably priced. We would certainly come again.

Lovely location. Fantastic tuna and wine. But the owner was unfriendly and unhelpful and made us feel uncomfortable. The waitress was nice. It was expensive. Would not go again
