Great seafood

Nice restaurant with great fresh fish, lot of local people (always a good sign). Don't gorget to ask for the foccacia bread, it is great!

Amazing staff! Friendly and very helpful. Speaks good English. The homemade pasta with tomato sauce and mozzarella was to die for!

The food is local traditional recipes and its well cooked and tasty. The staff is pleasant and the ambient acceptable for a local eating house. The bill, when it came, was acceptable and excellent value for money. Definitely a restaurant I will return to if I am in the area again.

After a morning exploring the temples in Paestum, we made the short trip to Agropoli to eat. Il Ceppo was a very nice restaurant, and I would recommend the food to anyone in the area, however there were one or two things that bothered me slightly. The restaurant was quite cold - it was December but it would have nice... More

Sig. Laureana explained that the restaurant is less crowded than it used to be before the crisis. Perfectly pleasant antipasto and pasta - good service. There's not a lot of choice unless one drives to Paestum. Recommended by Oreste at Baia di Trentova.

The clerk at La Civetta recommended this restaurant, which is clearly popular with locals or other clients "in the know." The proprietor is justifiably proud of his homemade and delicious pasta! and the house wine is from his own vineyard. He brought out whole, fresh fish for other customers to view before making their dinner selections. The Misto Carne included... More

It' s a teenager memory. This was my grandfather 's favourite restaurant. He used to come alone, but when i went to visit him i was allowed to attend to his private rite: fried prawns e pasta with lobster. Exciting
