Went here on our last night in Monteverde as something to do. Wait staff was slow, only had one expensive drink. Live music was fun, and it was neat being in the tree, but it wasn't a must see/do.

Visited this evening. Yes, the food is pricey for Costa Rica but the venue is pretty unique. You don't get to eat in a place like this everyday! We had the veggie casados which were tasty and very fresh. Staff are friendly too.

Beyond the novelty of the large tree in the middle of the restaurant, there's not much to offer. Our food was fine and our server was great but for the price you can do much better a block away.

We had dinner here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant has several levels and a huge tree is growing in the middle. Nice entertainment and good food. They had some nice wines as well if you are a wine lover.

We went for drinks. Heard from the locals that it was pricey and food was just okay. We decided to pass on this place and just go for drinks so we can say we went. We grabbed a few beers. Enjoyed the live music going on and the tree through the building. Nice to go for a drink and then... More

Came here as part of G adventure tour - the atmosphere is unique given you are dining in a live fig tree, but it was just way too pricey for what you got to be worth it. We ordered a piece of salmon, a piece of sole and a Bloody Mary which came to 75USD. 75!!! The food was lukewarm,... More

The food wasn't good, live music was fun. I'd suggest skipping this place or only coming for drinks and the music. It's very pricey as well for the quality of what you're getting.

Fun place to eat or just hang out with a good drink. The restaurant is built around a beautiful large tree over looking the town.

This place was amazing! The decor is impeccable. There's a tree growing right through the middle so you feel like you're in a tree house. The service, while a little slow, was friendly and helpful. They have a live band that plays instrumental version of some of your favourite songs from classics to local music. The food is to die... More
