As the former owner of the Keepers Kitchen I can confirm that we sold the business in May 2013! This review therefore is meant for The Wild Flour which is the current trading name of this establishment. More

We had been recommended to visit, and were delighted to find such an imaginative and clever place in an area where we had not expected to find this treasure. So simple in concept, yet so effective in combining outside nature with a first rate cafe/restaurant.. The food excellent and imaginative with good sized portions . Parking may be a problem... More

The soup was extremely delicious and I especially liked the wonderful view of the birds in the garden.

I live not so far away and I had heard how good this place was, but I took a long time to visit. It really is special and in an area where value is hard to come by, this stands out as a family run business making a huge effort with the right sort of results, judging by the other... More

We just look around to find place to eat in. From out-side it's look like a shop, then we find sign home-made food. Ones we get in-side through the shop and there Very Nice Cafe. Beautiful back garden with birds. Nice and clean cafe. Tasty food. Friendly prices. Soup&panini perfect, hot chocolate with cream&mashmallow awesome and carrot cake just 100%... More

It's got everything I need. Good coffee at reasonable prices, very nice cakes (when my diet allows), even nicer food, and a wonderful waitress. Apart from that, it's just a lovely place to sit. Ian's pictures are worth stopping to see regardless.

It was our first visit to the area for a short break in June. We visited this delightful tearoom 4 days running it was so good! The owners went out of their way to serve us & make sure we enjoyed our excellent homemade cakes & wonderful coffee. They were extremely friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable of the local wildlife which... More

Pulled off the A9 feeling very weary and tired hoping to stumble across a traditional tea room to enjoy a late lunch. We were so glad we did, this little place is relatively new but well worth a visit. They've got a cafe area to the back and a lovely wee gift shop to the front. The cafe is in... More

Stopped for lunch. Good choice, reasonable prices. Nice conservatory and garden full of birds around the small pond. They were busy and having read the previous comment have to say, there were 3 tables with children, one of which occupied the high chair. Watching the staffs charming way they looked after their customers, of all ages, almost made me think... More
