Wow

I have nothing bad to say, we had amazing food nice table with a river view and great service. Black steak was perfectly cooked and tasted superb. Kids fish looked and tasted so fresh, and my moms home made fagotts were full of taste and size. Puddings were also amazing. We plan on going back to... read more

Here is a place that decide and commit to doing what they do well! The location is idyllic especially on a summers evening, but from the decor, styling and staff, this place has a real buzz. Bar and waiting staff that appear to love being there and what they do, as they should be as the beer and food was... More

Lovely food in a great setting; service was a bit slow but well worth the wait in such lovely surrounds. Plenty of outdoor seating overlooking The Wye.

Been going here for years now. Food is always fantastic, great range of real ales, and the location is simply the best. Love this place.

A little pricier than we are used to but not unreasonably expensive - and once the food arrived, it was clear it was worth the money. Delicious meals, good service, and lovely atmosphere and location.

To begin with, I wish not to write a bad review but merely make a few pointers for further improvement. Having worked in a large country pub/hotel for the last six years with 80+ covers I understand that not everything will go to plan on every individual's dining experience. We had a very warm welcome, firstly by the young man... More

A very buzzy hostelry on the River Wye. Delicious, very well cooked food in generous portions. Imaginative menu and reasonably priced wines. Delightful staff and a great atmosphere.

Very good food, freshly cooked and well presented (we ate in the restaurant, can't vouch for the separate bar menu). This is a very popular busy pub (so if you like quiet pubs with easy parking, probably not for you), right by the river side. Service was good. Note if you don't like driving down very narrow roads with passing... More

The food is always as great as the view! Lovely space to sit and while away some time with family and friends.
