Nice and creative food for right money Staff is great and the lovely view to the horitzon. Important to book in advance The MOST important point to take in account is they use solar panel to reduce as maximum CO2

We are veggie n vegan so Don't have a huge choice a shame they were out of seitan burger but hey did vegan paella even though it was late. Also i am gluten free... More

Dear friends, you have to remember that we're in Spain, and the main language here is Spannish. Our native language is Finnish, and we got extremely warm and nice service here - into English. We stayed four night in Mataro, and we had our dinner three times in this Lasal del Varador. Each time the place was full of local... More

I would have hesitation in recommending this restaurant . The personal has problems with the language (English) . They are actually not so friendly and the menu is an enigma for the waiters. The food has an 5 from 10 points. That was only what I experienced at this restaurant .

The restaurant is located on the beach of Mataró (on the "Paseo Marítimo") and what we loved about it is that it's one of the only organic restaurants at the beach side: from the ingredients to the illumination, everything has a natural (and if possible even organic) touch to it. The food we ordered was - apart from very fresh... More

We went on our first evening in Mataro. Lovely spot, great views, good service. Really nice tapas, they seem expensive but are very big portions definitely more than the usual Racion. The vegetable dishes are great, good bravas, really nice grilled veg. We made the mistake of ordering imported calamari nit worth the 3 euro saving as these are frozen........ More

If you are visiting Mataro I would definitely recommend this place. Lovely seating area, super friendly and helpful staff as I did not like my Flan and it was changed for me. Great views and the food was delish! Spanish wait is a bit longer than in London but overall a lovely place to dine
