Nice location and good food

With this location, the chef has a challenge. But all dishes was well prepared both mussels and sole and coming from Galicia, we know good fish and seafood. Well done and will come again😎🇪🇸

Visited Cap Roig for a meal before our 7pm flight home. We booked for 5:30 the restaurant was quite busy but the manager said they had been very busy all day as it was a fiesta, unfortunately that limited what was on the menu as they had sold out of many dishes. We chose the chargrilled Tuna - it was magnificent... More

Great location overlooking the sea, however when we arrived at sunset the place was completely empty, we were the only clients for the first half hour or so. Pick a table we were told, despite having pre-booked! The table we sat at was sticky, not a good start. Ordered off a reasonable menu, specifically asked for my fillet steak to... More

Menorca is by no means a gastronomic paradise, but this beautifully-situated restaurant is definitely a cut above the plethora of very average eateries on the island. Well-used by locals, one should note that this is a speciality fish restaurant and meat-eaters are likely to be disappointed with the meagre choice on offer. You can get out without losing your shirt... More

The fish is excellent. There is no menu del dia only a la carte. It would cost 15-30 Euros depending on menu choice. Lunch and evenings are equally good. In peak season you would need to book in the evenings. A popular restaurant with local Spanish people.

We have visited two nights this week, both in the evening without booking. Both times we were sat inside but given a table right by the windows overlooking the bay onto sa masquida. The staff were very friendly, service was quick and out of a party of six no one had a bad starter or main out of the two... More

Cap riog is set up above the small resort of Sa Mesquida near Mahon. The views are beautiful and in the evening what a way to eat gorgeous seafood and watch the sunset over the Mediterranean . We went there for my birthday and it was a real treat . The staff were extremely helpful and nice, the food was... More

This is our "local" and we have visited so many times in the last 30 years. Our last visit two weeks ago was such a disappointment. Crammed into the terrace with hordes of out of control children. Uninterested snail pace service. Food average with minute, dried-up mussels. And where were the delicious home-made chips we used to enjoy? Time to... More

After reading the reviews we decided to visit Cap Roig for lunch. We had not booked but the place was empty, despite this we were refused any outdoor seating and told indoors was the only option. We said fine but were then also refused seating by the window. No tables had reserved signs on them so that annoyed us a... More

We specifically searched this restaurant out based on press and reviews on trip advisor. The local is beautiful no question, and we had a fantastic cheerful server, however, two of us bought the swordfish-below average for sure, one of us got the local gambols-average and my local monkfish with mussels and homemade tomato broth was again average. The salads were... More
